Everything we know about Pink’s new single ‘Walk Me Home’

Let's get this party started.

Not long after Pink was honoured with her own Star on Hollywood’s Walk Of Fame at the start of February, she announced her new song Walk Me Home on Ellen.

Honestly, we haven’t stopped thinking about it since.

The song is set to premiere on Smallzy’s Surgery tonight, but before our ears are graced with new Pink music, we thought we better look at everything we know about the single so far.

1. It’s the lead single from her eighth studio album, Hurts 2B Human, which will be released in April. Her last album, Beautiful Trauma, was released in 2017, which honestly seems like forever ago.

2. It’s co-written and produced by Nate Ruess, the former lead singer of fun. who featured on Pink’s 2013 song Just Give Me A Reason.

3. The music video is directed by Michael Gracey, who also directed the film The Greatest Showman. Normally Pink uses acrobatics in her live performances, so should we expect some circus tricks in this music video?!

4. The lyrics in the chorus are “walk me home in the dead of night… I can’t be alone with all that’s on my mind”. Get ready for this to be the caption on every girls' Instagram post tomorrow.

5. She will be performing the song at the Brit Awards tomorrow, where she will also be presented with the Outstanding Contribution to Music Award.

6. New merch has already been added to her website for album pre-order bundles, including t-shirts, tote bags and lanyards that allow early access to her upcoming 2019 tour.

7. Her album release will coincide with the upcoming second American leg of her Beautiful Trauma World Tour, as well as the European and South American legs. She better come back to Australia soon!

We are SO EXCITED! Make sure you tune in to Smallzy’s Surgery tonight for your first listen!
