Ever wondered what Daniel Radcliffe did with all that Harry Potter coin he cashed at just 11 years old? Yep, us too

With eight Harry Potter pay checks behind him, Daniel Radcliffe could afford himself a real-life golden snitch.

But in a recent interview with Belfast Telegraph he had a more normal response for the question-that-must-not-be-named, “what did you spend your money on?”

The answer? Literally nothing, apparently.

“I don’t really do anything with my money… I’m very grateful for it, because having money basically means you don’t have to worry about it, which is a very lovely freedom to have.”

Radcliffe went on to explain how having the Harry Potter dosh behind him has allowed him to pick acting roles that he really loves, rather than those that just pay well.

“[The money] gives me immense freedom career-wise.”
