There’s no denying that Ariel Winter’s booty is one of the most talked about on Instagram.
Strong, healthy and fierce, the Modern Family actress’ body is basically the stuff of dreams, and we have the screengrabs to prove it.
But it was this pic she posted yesterday while on a trip to Bora Bora that made us want to add ‘get Ariel Winter butt' to our 2017 goals.
According to Foods 4 Better Health, the 18-year-old’s secret is a mix of strength training, weight lifting and cardio workouts.
But to shape her butt in particular? It’s all lunges and squats.
Ariel’s trainer Gunnar Peterson, known for keeping fellow bangin’ celebs Khloe Kardashian, Kim Kardashian and Jennifer Lopez in shape, is obviously whipping her hard in the gym.
Winter captioned an Insta peek at her workout routine, “#tbt to when you can’t see @gunnarfitness on a Monday…#justworkinonmyfitness.”
But the star is also a fan of hikes and outdoor activities.
Fish and chicken for lunch and dinner plus loads of wild rice keeps her going on training days, and according to her website, she drinks a lot of water.
“It helps me stay hydrated a refreshed.”
