Holy Macaroni, Debra Messing you're a bloody legend!

The Will & Grace star is at the Golden Globes and isn’t holding back from spreading the message of gender equality, pay parity and an end sexual misconduct.

She’s so dedicated in fact, that she slammed the E! Network for underpaying it’s female hosts… while being interviewed by E!

“We want diversity, we want intersectional gender parity, we want equal pay,” Messing told E! on the carpet.

“I was so shocked to hear that E! doesn’t believe in paying their female co-hosts the same as their male co-hosts. I mean, I miss Catt Sadler. We stand with her and that’s something that can change tomorrow. We want people to start having this conversation that women are just as valuable as men.”

Female actors have banded together to wear black to both speak out for and stand in solidarity with, sexual misconduct in Hollywood and other arenas.

Some, like Meryl Streep, Emma Watson, Amy Poehler and Michelle Williams are bringing gender and racial activists (including founder of #metoo) to the event as their guests.  In a statement Sunday, the advocates say they were inspired by the Time's Up initiative.

They say the goal in attending the awards will be to shift focus away from the perpetrators and back on survivors and creating lasting change.

“A show of solidarity at an awards show is one very small piece,” said Reese Witherspoon, who spoke to the Bagger in late December about Time’s Up.

“It really is a statement that women are deeply unified, we always have been, and that we stand up for those who can’t speak up.”
