Why pregnant Meghan Markle just cut back her Aussie tour schedule
Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have had a jam-packed schedule during their first tour Down Under as a couple.
Now the pregnant Duchess of Sussex has decided to cut back on her schedule during her last few days here, so she can rest up ahead of the couple's visit to Fiji, Tonga and New Zealand.
Kensington Palace confirmed the "slight" schedule change:
“After a busy program, the Duke and Duchess have decided to cut back The Duchess’s schedule slightly for the next couple of days, ahead of the final week-and-a-half of the tour.”
Harry and Meghan opened the Sydney Invictus Games at Sydney's Opera House on Saturday night - with an epic electrical storm delaying the event by an hour.
Meghan took a break from the Games on Sunday morning, leaving Harry to fly solo for the first time during the trip.
Tomorrow the pair fly to Queensland’s Fraser Island, then they're set to spent four days in Tonga and Fiji.
Then they're zipping back to Sydney on Friday to close the Invictus Games before they head to New Zealand.
No wonder she's knackered!
