And now we're clucky.

Prince Louis may have been asleep for the boring part of his christening, the ceremony. But he did wake up for the important part - the photos.

They originally released four official photos of the christening, however a fifth was released because it was just too cute to keep under wraps.

The expressive shot shows Prince Louis and Kate Middleton smiling at someone standing out of shot.

The photo was meant to be a part of Prince William and Kate Middleton's personal collection.

“Their Royal Highnesses hope that everyone enjoys this lovely photograph of Prince Louis as much as they do,” a spokesperson for the couple said.

Stopppp, that face!

The Christening took place in Chapel Royal at St James’s Palace on July 9.

The picture of 12-week old Louis was taken by Jersey-based portrait photographer Matt Porteous in the garden at Clarence House following the christening.

Porteous was also chosen to take photos of Prince George when he was a baby.
