Pink accepts star on Hollywood Walk of Fame with touching speech

And Ellen DeGeneres' speech nearly made us cry okay?

We honestly can't believe this wasn't already a thing but Pink aka Alicia aka 'Ugh Don't You Just Love Her?' has been awarded a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

The Raise Your Glass singer was honoured with the 2,656th star with the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce saying they were “thrilled to honour one of the world’s most popular entertainers”.

A number of speakers gave tribute to the star with best friend Kerri Kenney-Silver referring to the star as her "dearest friend Alicia" who is selfless, caring - the "cruise director" of her friends - and funny (she sent a Pink impersonator to Kerri's birthday one year).

But it was Ellen DeGeneres whose speech brought a tear to the eye (from both FEELS and lols)

"She's not just raising her daughter Willow. She's setting an example of her daughter on how to live as a strong independent woman who respects herself and others."

And she's teaching Jameson he can just wipe his nose with his finger and put it on the carpet right there.

"We all saw that," she jested.

"I'm honoured to be your friend. You deserve all of this and more"

P.S. Some of it may have gone over Jameson's head.

Pink's own speech was the most moving at all with the 39-year-old sharing her father's advice: "to thine own self be true."

"There's a power in believing in yourself. There's power in not giving upon life and not giving up on yourself," she told the crowd.

"The public saw Channing and I in this idealised romanticised light."

The older I get the more I relate to Miss Trunchball tbh.
