"Just giving you the heads up."

Following reports that Australian superstar Olivia Newton-John is facing serious health issues, her niece Tottie Goldsmith has spoken out about what's really going on.

Speaking to the Seven Network (via news.com.au), Tottie says that everyone "can rest assured [Olivia] is going nowhere and in really good health" before labelling all the recent rumours surrounding Olivia's health as "sick". It is reported that Olivia gave Tottie permission to speak out about her health.

Alongside her comments about her aunt's health, Tottie also shared a photo of herself and Olivia to Instagram with the caption:

"Just giving you the heads up that Livvy is in good health, so let’s leave that distressing rumor where it belongs."

Olivia's American representative Michael Caprio had previously denied all reports that her health is poor, telling news.com.au:

“No she has not.

“You might want to get better sources versus reading tabloids.”

In September, Olivia revealed that she was battling cancer for a third time and is trying a combination of natural and conventional therapies, as well as receiving photon radiation therapy.

As for Olivia, she's issued out her own response to the rumours by sharing a video to Twitter.

In the video, she shoots down all those poor health reports and reassures everyone that she's doing fine before wishing everyone a happy 2019.
