The Massive Twist On The Bachelor This Year That Will Shake Things Up
It’s gonna be a wild ride.
It’s been a hot minute since we’ve had a dose of reality TV (MAFS, where you at?)
We’re having withdrawals.
Lucky for us, The Bachelor hits our screens in nine short days and we could not be more ready.
Not only is this season’s Bachie a hottie, he’s smart. Matt Agnew is a 31-year-old astrophysicist (say that really fast three times) from Melbourne and did we mention he looks like this?
Matt has a lot going for him, so we have no doubt he’s gonna find himself a gal. But there’s a new massive twist this season that will make things a little more difficult for the ladies (it is a competition after all): The Golden Ticket.
This kind doesn’t come with chocolate.
Instead, the lucky lady who gets the Golden Ticket is guaranteed a date with Matt in his hometown.
Like the key to the Bachelor pad, which was given to Brooke Blurton in the first episode of last year’s Bachelor, the Golden Ticket will also be given out in episode one.
Brooke made it all the way through to the final three in the 2018 season of the show, so we reckon the lady who gets the Golden Ticket might also make it all the way through.
But that’s just speculation - only time will tell.
The Bachelor premieres on Channel 10 at 7.30pm on Wednesday, July 31.
