Flashback to 2015.

'Hotline Bling' is trending, Making a Murderer just hit our screens, 'The Dress' (#TeamGoldandWhite) happened and Kylie Jenner told the world she 'overlines' her lips sparking the 'Kylie Jenner lip challenge'.

... Only for KJ to backtrack and admit she actually just got them done.

While it took a mildly concerning social media challenge to get the reality star to reveal the truth, it appears a now 21-year-old Kylie no longer needs a prompt.

The makeup mogul has opened up to Paper Magazine (yes, the one sister Kim 'broke the internet' with) to reveal what plastic surgery rumours are true.

And which aren't.

"People think I fully went under the knife and completely reconstructed my face, which is completely false," she told Paper.

"I'm terrified! I would never. They don't understand what good hair and makeup and, like, fillers, can really do... It's fillers. I'm not denying that."

Described by the interviewer as "surprisingly relaxed and generous and upfront" Kylie continues, turning conversation to her daughter Stormi, one.

"It's genuinely what I wanted... to be a young mom," she told the publication.

"I thought, This I what I want to do, and if people accept it or don't accept it then I'm okay with every outcome."

Explaining that she was "cut off" by her parents at 15-years-old and told she needed to "learn to save" and spend her own money, Kylie ended the interview explaining the while she did inherit a platform, her wealth - as stipulated by Forbes - is entirely self-made thanks to her makeup vision.

"Makeup is something that makes me feel empowered, makes me feel good, and I think it's such a positive thing," she explained.

"There's no harm in playing around with it and feeling good about yourself."
