Kevin Hart Reportedly “Going Through Hell” Following Car Accident
The comedian has undergone surgery.
Kevin Hart has suffered a back injury after his classic Plymouth Barracuda was involved in a nasty car crash on Sunday morning in Malibu, California.
The comedian wasn't driving the motor when it veered off the road and ended up in a ditch, trapping Hart and two other people inside.
Kevin fractured his spine in three places and has undergone surgery to fuse the breaks. Lumbar fractures can make walking difficult and even lead to partial paralysis, but Kevin’s surgery was a success and he is expected to make a full recovery, according to TMZ.
Despite the positive news, the Jumanji star is still heavily medicated and “going through hell,” the site said.

The update comes as newly released 911 calls reveal the horrors of the crash.
“I don’t know what happened … He’s not coherent at all,” an unidentified woman calling from Hart’s home tells the 911 operator.
“The roof is crushed. And the car is pretty totalled. The door is smashed in.”
Video from the crash scene, obtained by TMZ, shows Kevin's wrecked car in the ditch, 10 feet (three meters) from the road.
Police officials insist the driver, who was hospitalised after the crash, had not been drinking.
