Extreme concerns for Pete Davidson following worrying Instagram post
This is awful.
This weekend's drama surrounding Ariana Grande, Drake and Kanye West has taken a serious turn with news emerging that Pete Davidson has now become involved - to a worrying degree.
As Page Six shares, the SNL regular began by applauding West for being open about his mental health and stating he was "disgusted" by the incident:
“Bravo Kanye West for standing up for yourself and speaking out against mental health,” he wrote on Instagram.
”I can’t explain to you enough how difficult and scary it is to be honest about stuff like this.
“No one should ever point fingers at you for your bravery in speaking about mental health. I’m seriously disgusted.”
Although Davidson didn't mention anyone by name, it is being assumed that he was referring to a tweet Grande wrote about West's feud with Drake (read more on that here).
Davidson's involvement reached a concerning point when he shared a message on Instagram stating he no longer wanted to be on this Earth:
“I really don’t want to be on this earth anymore,” he wrote.
“I’m doing my best to stay here for you but I actually don’t know how much longer i can last. all I’ve ever tried to do was help people. just remember I told you so.”
He deleted his Instagram account shortly after.
Davidson's words sparked panic, with a number of people attempting to reach out to him.
The Post reports that the NYPD was able to get in contact with the 25-year-old afterwards. He is also believed to have made it into work.
Assumedly on hearing the news about Davidson, Grande shared a couple of worried tweets:
“Man i’m so sorry i told a dumb joke. I really didn’t mean any harm. all i want everyone to be healthy and happy. so desperately. please. my god.”
"I’m downstairs and I’m not going anywhere if you need anyone or anything. I know u have everyone u need and that’s not me, but i’m here too," she wrote.
