"I woke up and wanted to choose the right direction."

Former Bachie contestant Elora Murger has made headlines today for debuting her new nine-kilo-lighter figure after a "rough" journey.

The 29-year-old fitness trainer took to Instagram on Wednesday, July 5th to open up about the health struggles she worked through after her split from ex-man, Salvatore Savarese

Murger explained that after her "tough relationship" her habits changed.

"I stopped going to the gym and eating. I had random cravings, felt tired and not motivated to do anything. I was losing loads of weight and would skip so many meals. Some days I wouldn’t eat at all. My health was going downhill, as fast as my heart was," she wrote.

The former reality TV star who featured in Matty J's season of The Bachelor, then explained that after deciding to "choose the right direction" she took on a diet of clean foods and began taking better care of her body and mind.

"I started working out again, a balance of yoga, pilates, boxing and interval training. I have now stabilised to my early college years weight, except toned, and curves at the right places. I feel light, powerful, energised, motivated, and happy," she shared.

Murger was with Savarese for six months, shortly after her stint on Bachelor in Paradise.
