The devastating reason why a 'Friends' reunion hasn't happened yet

Aaaand now we're sad...

Friends may have ended quite a few years ago (yeah, we're old), but we - and MANY people around the world - are still hankering for more.

Seriously, we've been doing things like compiling lists about the best Thanksgiving episodes and coming up with theories about Monica and Joey (or just Monica with anyone) to help get our Friends fix.

While we're holding out hope for a Friends reunion at some point, Jennifer Aniston just poured water all over that fire.

During a recent visit to The Late Late Show With James Corden, Jennifer confirmed that there will be no Friends comeback despite her enthusiasm to the idea.

As for why no reunion is happening, Jennifer explained that "the girls say [they] would always love to do it again and the boys are a little less excited about it for some reason."

However, it appears that Jen is keen to do something with Courtney Cox and Lisa Kudrow because she then joked that the three of them decided to just "do a remake of The Golden Girls in 40 years."

"What if we're Rachel, Phoebe and Monica as, just, Golden Girls?"

We'll take that Golden Girls reboot if it meant seeing just some of the gang back together because the thought of never seeing the Friends crew reunited again is breaking our hearts.

We just ‘ADORE’ having Amy Shark in Nova’s Red Room. Check it out below, it’s a lot better than our pun.
