Bachelor In Paradise's Leah Costa doesn't reckon the boys were looking for love

"It was frustrating."

Bachelor In Paradise's Leah Costa has spoken to TV Week about how the men on the show were simply there to have a holiday and couldn't care less about finding love.

"A lot of them were just there to stay in paradise and have fun... It was frustrating, because I was genuinely there to find love."

She adds that the attitude made it difficult to find anyone she could connect with:

"The boys were very transparent with their roses... They'd suck up to you, because they wanted to stay, whereas the girls used the roses for real.”

It wasn't just the guys that Leah had a problem with, she also admitted she found Ali Oetjen's approach with the guys a little hard to deal with:

"Ali just wanted to find a husband… She had no interest in getting to know the girls or being friendly."

"She just killed the group dynamic."

Taking to Instagram on Monday she shared a snap of herself and some of the girls with the caption:

"Reflecting by the pool on the bachelor and thinking how great it is that everyone’s getting to see a lot more of people’s true colours in paradise and now maybe people will understand why [there] were sides of people I clashed with on the bachelor and just how easy it is to only show one side of a person on television and that determines them either a GOOD or a BAD person in the public eye...

"Newsflash just like real life your villains aren’t necessarily villains and your previously perceived nice girls aren’t always nice."
