Aussie breakfast telly hit with the shock exit of another presenter

Times are a changin'.

The Today Show is making headlines this weekend with news breaking that weather presenter Natalia Cooper has left her role with the show.

As The Daily Mail reports, Cooper is in the early stages of maternity leave - after giving birth to son Ezra - and will not return to her former position.

While there have been rumours her departure was not her choice, a representative from Channel Nine told The Mail that this is not the case.

They stated that "there's no truth" behind the whispers and that Cooper has just taken a different position at Nine.

"Natalia is on maternity leave and will return to Nine News in Sydney as it is a more suitable environment and more flexibility for a working parent than on the road with Today show weather," the rep said.

The change up comes shortly after the departure of long-standing personalities Karl Stefanovic, Peter Stefanovic and Sylvia Jeffreys.
