So just who are Hughesy and Kate??

Well, first there's Hughesy, otherwise known as comedian Dave Hughes, last seen on The Logies, being very funny. He can currently be seen on "Before the Game" an AFL footy panel show and "Thank God You're Here" on Channel Ten.

And there's Kate. Her full name being Kate Langbroek. She's best known as one of the original members of Channel Ten's "The Panel". Yes, she's the one who created controversy by breast feeding live on "The Panel" and recently on "Dancing With The Stars" on Channel Seven.

So you put these two together and you get "Hughesy and Kate". Two funny people who met years ago in a community radio station and ended up working together.

It's a radio show that deals with honesty in everyday situations.

It was at the Melbourne Comedy Festival in 1999 that Hughesy was forced to move from a tiny upstairs city bar into a 300-seat room at the Melbourne Town Hall. Word spread about this impossibly laid back guy from Warrnambool. And before he knew it, TV and Radio came calling.

Kate loves to tell a story and loves hearing about other people's too. A conversationalist rather than a comedian but she's still a great laugh.

You may have seen her on The Panel, Dancing With the Stars or Thank God You're Here. And she used to write for Neighbours too!
